1. Return Eligibility
You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Certain types of items are non-returnable (see section 6).
2. How to Request a Return

- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
- Photo of the item (if damaged or defective)
Once your return request is approved, we will send you instructions on where and how to send the item back.
Please do not send your item back without receiving return instructions.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or sent in error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged product and need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
