1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If there are any delays due to high order volumes or stock issues, we will notify you via email.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (USPS, UPS, or FedEx): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (orders must be placed before 12 PM EST)
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, weather, and carrier performance.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected, your location, and the weight/size of your items.
We may offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over a certain amount—look out for promotions on our homepage or at checkout.
4. Shipping Area
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to U.S. territories, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO military addresses via USPS.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided in the email or by logging into your account on our website.
Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the order is shipped.
6. Delays or Lost Packages
While we work with reliable carriers, shipping delays can occasionally happen due to weather, carrier backlogs, or incorrect addresses. If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at [email protected] and we will help investigate or file a claim if necessary.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged package or an order with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the package/item(s), and we will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
8. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Please double-check your information before placing your order. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
